My name is Laia Montoya. I’m a creative project manager, facilitator, and strategic companion. Currently based in Berlin, I bring over 10 years of experience working internationally across the fields of entrepreneurship, art, and cultural management.

Throughout my journey — living and working across different countries, co-founding a creative agency, and supporting a wide range of purpose-driven projects — I’ve learned that the most resilient work comes from the inside out: grounded in clarity, aligned with values, and responsive to the systems we inhabit.
